Hold on to your stars and stripes, folks, because Captain America is…acting a little off.

Reports are flooding in from across downtown about a man dressed in a strikingly familiar red, white, and blue uniform. However, this isn’t your friendly neighborhood Avenger. Witnesses describe the individual, self-proclaimed ‘Captain Chaos,’ engaging in a series of bizarre and disruptive acts.

“He was weaving in and out of traffic, yelling about…I don’t even know, the price of liberty or something,” said one bewildered commuter. “He nearly caused three accidents!”

Other reports detail overturned trash cans, impromptu (and off-key) renditions of the Star-Spangled Banner, and attempts to ‘arrest’ pigeons for crimes against freedom. Police are currently on the scene attempting to apprehend ‘Captain Chaos,’ but so far, he’s evading capture with surprising agility…or perhaps just dumb luck.

The burning question is: who is this rogue Avenger? Is it a prank gone wrong? A misguided attempt at performance art? Or something far more…sinister? Social media is ablaze with theories, ranging from elaborate marketing stunts to genuine mental health concerns. One thing’s for sure: this ‘Captain Chaos’ is making headlines and turning the city upside down.
